王静康院士

王静康,化学工程学院名誉教授,中国工程院院士,天津大学教授,博士生导师,国家工业结晶工程技术研究中心名誉主任,天津市科协主席,教育部化学化工教学指导委员会副主任,教育部化学化工教学指导委员会化工教学指导分委会主任,教育部科技委委员,Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering主编,Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering编委,中国抗生素杂志等学术期刊编委,中国系统工程学会过程系统工程专业委员会副主任,中国化工学会常务理事,化学工程专业认证组组长,中国工程院咨询委员会成员,中国工业生态经济与技术专业委员会副理事长,英国化学工程师学会(IChemE)会士(Fellow),美国化学学会(ACS)会员。

王静康教授长期致力于现代工业结晶机理与技术的研发及创新成果的产业转化。她率先建立工业结晶系统工程集成理论与多目标优化方法,提出结晶过程计算机辅助过程多变参数优化控制新策略,建立了不同结晶过程模型模拟方法学及结晶过程放大专家系统。针对医药、化工等高端产品精制的需求,构筑了大量物质的结晶形态学、热力学与动力学实测的基础数据库。首次提出耦合结晶新技术,开拓了晶体工程中的"分子组装与晶形优化"与绿色集成产业化共性技术。实现了分子有序组装与智能化调控过程,达到由分子层次研究直至产业化多尺度研发目标。创立了我国第一个工业结晶及医药结晶技术研发基地。她连续主持、带领团队出色完成"七五""八五""九五""十五""十一五"国家重大科技攻关、支撑计划项目及其自主创新研发成果的产业转化,为大型化工医药企业建成了百余条新型工业结晶生线,率先将信息化优化调控技术应用于所承担的全部工业化项目,成果产业转化均一次成功,皆被国家鉴定和验收为"达到国际先进水平"。据近年来不完全统计,为国家年平均新增产值12.5亿元/年,年平均新增利税2.6亿元/年,直接经济效益和社会效益显著,为我国不同领域的工业企业结晶技术现代化作出了突出贡献。作为第一完成人,王静康教授曾获国家技术发明二等奖1项、国家技术发明三等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖2项、教育部科技进步一等奖2项,以及国家教委科技进步一等奖、天津市技术发明一等奖、第十一届中国专利优秀奖、第十三届中国专利优秀奖、中国侨界(创新成果)贡献奖、第六届高等教育国家级教学成果一等奖、第八届中国石油和化学工业协会优秀教材一等奖各1项,所负责的《化工设计》本科生课程被评为国家级精品课程,作为唯一完成人荣获何梁何利科学技术奖、天津市科技重大成就奖。此外,还获全国先进工作者、全国优秀科技工作者、十佳全国优秀科技工作者提名奖;中国侨联科技进步带头人、巾帼发明家;1998年全国"三八"红旗手;全国"五一"劳动奖章;天津市特等劳动模范、国家"八五"科技攻关先进个人;天津市三八红旗手;天津市优秀教师等荣誉称号。为中国共产党第十六次及第十七次代表大会代表。
